April...Part 1

Here we are, at the beginning of a new month...which  means it's time to post a few pictures from last month! I came down with the flu the weekend after Spring Break and spent the better part of 5 days in bed; it's been a slow recovery but I'm finally starting to feel better!

The girls have continued to do gymnastics every week and love it! In between classes, they are busy practicing summersaults, dancing around the house, and playing on their balance beam! Even Lydia is able to walk across it without falling off!

 

 

I had to work Easter weekend, but Kyle and the girls went to church and then spent the rest of the day at Mom and Dad's house. It sounded like everyone had a good time and the girls all looked adorable in their new Easter dresses!

The week before Easter, one of the local churches put on an Easter event, with games, snacks, and even a horse-drawn wagon ride!

This is actually a snack we made for Haleigh's class party.

We've also been able to hang out with cousins a bit this month. Kelsey and I took the kids to the Marine Life Center and then had a picnic lunch at the park. It's so nice to have the sun shining to be able to spend more time outside!
