Stoney Ridge Pumpkin Patch

On Saturday, Kyle and I decided we should do something a little festive with the girls, so we took them to Stoney Ridge Farms. They have a pretty incredible fall set-up with a pumpkin patch, corn maze, wagon ride, farm animals, fresh donuts and apple pie! Auntie Kim, Elias, Malachi, Grandpa and Grandma joined in on the fun.

We didn't end up getting any pumpkins because 1)it was getting a bit too cold to spend time searching for the perfect pumpkin, 2)the line to purchase the perfect pumpkin was ridiculously long, 3) we probably never would've found the perfect pumpkin because most of the pumpkins still in the field were starting to rot and 4) Annaliese is coming back later this week on a school field trip and gets to pick a pumpkin then!

September Shenanigans

Looking back at my camera and phone pictures, I realized I had quite a few fun pictures of just random everyday things that we've done over the past month. 

Kyle and I were able to go on an afternoon date while my mom watched the girls. We headed up towards Mt. Baker for a short hike, followed by pizza for dinner and fancy cake for dessert. 

Annaliese got a new bike, so there has been a lot of bike riding happening in the cul-de-sac. She is slowly getting the hang of it, but still likes to brake suddenly regardless of where she is.

I found a dress in the closet that I wore when I was about 19 months old...

Annaliese wore this dress when she was 20 months old! They were mildly cooperative at this point and Annaliese seems much more interested in whatever was on t.v.!
